Stats on Canadians working in the U.S.

I'm looking for statistics on 1) how many Canadian expats work in the U.S.; and 2) the geographic distribution of same. Any idea where I might find this information? I've tried stats Canada and the International branch of the CRA...to no avail.

Why not go right to the US Department Of labor,or the US Immigration for the info you want.
