Not exactly going out on a limb here, but I'll say Biden will be diplomatic but firm. He can't poke that insane Russian bear, or make him desperate by painting him into a corner...too much is at stake. An olive branch of sorts is in order I believe. A prickly one, but an olive branch no less.

Yes he should have shut up about being spied on , calling the press out and they mocked him . Turns out he was being spied on .
Yes after Biden brags about collusion Trump all of a sudden under another microscope Russian collusion , smoking gun after smoking gun , practically daily , Trump calls the press fake news , hey guess what after three long years of Russian collusion we find it is a democrat plot and that bad orange man was right again .
Trump is one of the few politicians , or elected representatives that tried to do what they campaign on .
