seimens s65 network, browser help needed!!! please help!!

hello i am new to this site and was hoping somebody could help me? i just purchased a siemens s66/65 phone, it was initialy set up with cingular, i put in my rogers sim and all is well except i cannot use the browser or mms. i am pretty sure i need to change the CSD, or the GPRS settings, currently the cingular infromation is there. i am hoping to find the rogers info, thanks
