I remember in my early 20's, I started drinking these weight-gain milkshakes because I was skinny and wanted to bulk up to attract the ladies. But you were supposed to hit the gym as well as drink this concoction. However, I was too lazy to work out...and I just ended up with a huge gut. I have skinny pipecleaner legs, and when my brother saw me for the first time after a few weeks he looked me up and down and said,..

"Christ! You look like an egg on stilts!" lol!

I immediately gave up the weight shakes. But I've never forgotten that he said that to me. He body-shamed me and told the truth, and in the end I was thankful for it.

I just find with Twitter and other social media, if you say, "The sky is blue"...you get called out for shaming all of the other colours you forgot to mention.
