That article hurts my head....if there was in fact a hearing last week why would the judge not do anything to stop the attack? And why would the tribunal say it never happened?

Yeah...I agree. I can't think of any good reason why Saddam's defense team would make this up, yet I can think of several reasons why it would happen, and be subsequently covered up.

Not too bad Jay...didn't get to do nearly enough fishing, and the lake was too high, so that my dock was under water, and I couldn't launch my boat...but I drank some beer, and fished from shore, and watched some movies with my kids when it was raining...so all in all, it was fairly relaxing... 8)
