For decades the RCMP -- in the name of national security -- hounded people they thought were deviant. Drug users, homosexuals, and others that the RCMP deemed "unacceptable" were actively searched out and forced to resign from government positions because the RCMP claimed that such people could be blackmailed by others threatening to reveal their private, consensual activies.

I don't care about this cop's personal life. How the pictures came on the web I haven't heard. But any fool knows that allowing pictures of yourself to be taken means they could be on the web, and this cop allowed poor judgement in allowing pictures to be taken of him during S&M. He's asking for it. He's also associating himself with a business run by criminals. For those stupidities I would fire the dim bulb.

You can't put "nudie" pictures on the wall any more, that's harassment, yet with smartphones, "nudie" pix are easily accessible. So this cop "nudies" are always available on the web, or used to be.

I heard on the radio it was a professional pic. That means it was meant for distribution, for sales. He was naked, only wearing police boots (a case of big shoes, big feet perhaps-but we don't know), showing off his willie, although I haven't seen the pic myself. Fire him for being stupid, making people even more upset with the police. The court of public opinion is right here I think. Let him become a security guard, or work in Afghanistan as a body guard.

Do you know any one who does this? I don't. The people who have media jobs don't do this themselves. Okay for others they say. Those strange, far away other people. We need names and addresses here folks. I don't expect to see many names listed anywhere any time soon. Freedom is not absolute.

You mean that anyone who has 'professional' pictures taken of their wedding are planning to sell them? My parents had an award winning photographer do their 50th anniversary shots, where can we sell them?
