Rogers should be launching PTT over GPRS in this year.
For those who doesn't know what is PTT...
PTT ( Push To Talk ), is a technology that you can contact selected ppl set on your mobile phone by pressing a single button, ppl will also call that as Walkie Talkie since the way to use it, is pretty similar.
PTT was initially started on iDen Techonology which is Telus Mike that provides that in Canada and Nextel in the States. Rogers Wireless will have PTT over GPRS, which is, you'll contact with the other party by using the GPRS data from your mobile phones.
