Copper Cable is so expensive and if the fire was insured the Insurance will pick up the tab... if not, it's a sober thought that maybe you should quit your bitch'in and get fire insurance.

Bell is over priced...

I used Virgin which offers a slimmed down customer service window but half the price of Bell.. and Virgin is the budget line for Bell... sorta like Fido to Rogers..

I've never had a problem with Rogers that would be large enough to make me switch. (yet)

I have my internet, and my cell through them. I no longer have a land line and Bell got enough of my money on long distance charges over the years.

they do, they are big business and as such there are going to be errors made by employees who make judgement calls that they are truly not capable of making

basically you end up with a provider that treats you the best...maybe the very provider that your neighbour hates

it's a crap shoot
