It is impossible to murder something that isn't born.
Is a C-Section normal birth ? How can a fully functioning baby be pulled out that way ? And when is it viable out of the womb ?

yYou are barking up the wrong tree on this issue in my opinion .

My position is always that the right to choose ends once the baby is viable outside the womb. C-section at 20 weeks does not yield a viable baby.

I had a brother born prematurely, he spent the first two or three months in an incubator.
Yes, but he survived. And he was more than likely post-22 weeks.

The 22 weeks is based upon what I have heard. I am sure as medical technology gets better that number may get lower. My point is that it is my opinion that that threshold is the point where the choice to abort should be limited. I am aware that this is not the case in law right now at least in Canada. I was just stating what my opinion of what the law should be.

I don’t really know how premature he was born . As for the rest am not proposing anything that is parliaments job and they are to scared to touch it with a ten foot pole . I do not think abortion is healthy for society.

I'm against reasons of vanity but have no issues with health or rape. Even Catholics consider a rape conception a continuation of the crime and endorse termination.
