It was a bizarre scene in Toronto’s Beach neighbourhood where a man marched on top of a Toronto police cruiser and stomped on its lights, before a dramatic takedown.
Cellphone video shows the man, dressed in black, climbing on the cruiser in the Queen Street East and Lee Avenue area.
Police were called to the scene on Monday afternoon, responding to reports of threats being made against police and civilians.
Officers took the man into custody under the Mental Health Act.

I was in jail one time with a guy who had attacked a police car-drunk as a skunk and screaming in Spanish & English FCKING POLICE, FCKING POLICE.

He never shut up for hours & hours.

That's also how I learned the Central American slang term navarro which would translate as shank in English.

Mental illness or drunkenness should not mitigate paying for the damage
caused. This individual needs to be monitored to determine whether a
danger or just an *** there is a difference. Its not the end of the world
but taxpayers should not pay for this damage
