So they are complaining based upon laws of a country that they want no part of? Too funny.
Why doesn't the Canadian govt just say "Hold all the referendums you want. We don't recongnize your ability to leave Canada'. Period.

The answer to that is very simple....
If the Canadian government said that, it would only boost Quebec nationalism. No need for a degree in political science to figure that out.
