Laws regarding aboriginals, decided by a Canadian court, is not international law.
No sh!t.

It is a fairyland type of law that taxpayers support because the public is conned that social justice means giving billions of dollars to autocratic, unaccountable, unrepresentative aboriginal govts.
I'd love to agree, if only your blatant generalization didn't make that impossible.

To say such things is a cancer on the Canadian body politic and violates Canadian sovereignty.
You think Canada signing an agreement on its own accord, to accept and respect the legal rights of Aboriginal people, is an attack on sovereignty?

Did you miss these questions?

What tobacco laws are being broken?

What does that have to do with First nations?

First Nation tobacco manufacturers don't pay excise taxes?

Don't pay non Native tobacco farmers?

Don't employ people (First Nations and non Natives)?
