The Right Honourable Stephen Harper, M.P., P.C., is scheduled to meet with His Excellency the Honourable George Bush, the President of the United States, and His Excellency Vicente Fox, the President of the United Mexican States in relation to security concerns, geography, our nations' economies, shared interests, and et cetera.

The Prime Minister will be accompanied by the Honourable Peter Mackay, M.P., the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the conferences, which are expected to take place on March 30 and March 31; the Prime Minister indicated that he was "pleased to have this early occasion to address these issues."

The Web site for the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada said:
The trip will include trilateral meetings, during which the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) will be discussed. The SPP, launched in March 2005, is a trilateral agenda of collaboration to increase security, prosperity and quality of life in North America.

I'm sure Harper and Bush will be laughing it up. I'm pretty sure Bush doesn't understand that Harper is really a conservative paper dragon as he does not have the magority of the seats in the house of commons, nor does he hold power in the Senate yet.

I'm not so sure about that. With how Harper has been acting lately. I kind of think, he believes if another election were called tomorrow he believes he could get a magority. Thus his cocky additude. But I think a lot of what he has been doing will back fire on him sooner or later.
