Stephen Harper refused to apologize after causing an uproar a day earlier by implying the Liberals were voting against provisions of the anti-terrorism law to protect one of their MPs.
Good as slimy as it was, the way this all pans out just stinks, from top to bottom. Is the "honourable member" that yelled out "f**koff" being asked to apologise?
