One dead and two critical in London concert crush

Rebecca Ikumelo, 33, from Newham, east London, has died after being injured in a crush at a concert at the Brixton O2 Academy in London.

Two other women - aged 21 and 23 - remain in critical condition in hospital, the Metropolitan Police said.
