One dead and four injured in London machete attack

One person has been killed and 4 others have been injured after a man wielding a machete went on the rampage in Hainault, north east London.

The attack occurred just after 7am and the fatality is a 14 year old boy.

London's Metropolitan Police tasered and arrested a 36 year old man in Hainault in the London Borough of Redbridge.

There are around 15,000 knife crimes recorded in the city of 9 million people every year in recent years.

The King has shared his thoughts and sympathies with the victims.

Yep. Unless he has uncommonly strong wrists, hitting the sword full-force with a cricket bat will drive it to the head or body of the wielder. Then ya just beat him over the head until he quits twitching.

That didn't look like a katana, by the way. Maybe a ninjato. Too short for a katana.
