Absolutely the best way to reset is to cut the strings on Ukraine and let them break Russia until Pukin comes with hat in hand and ask for relief from the Ukrainians

Give Ukraine all the help they need to eliminate the thugocracy in Moscow.
When the Federation collapses. "The Stans" will be open for business. We're going to see quite a few new countries let alone new leaders in Russia.
That is what I am hoping for. My main concern, of course is for the North Atlantic and Arctic. But, a neutered Russia will not be much of a threat.

Ukraine thwarts “most extensive” Russian air assault, downing 201 missiles and drones
In the early hours of 26 August, Ukrainian air defenses successfully intercepted 201 of Russian attack weapons, comprising 102 missiles and 99 drones. This was described as the “most extensive air assault” since the full-scale war began.
Russian attacks on energy sector have escalated since March 2024, damaging key power generation facilities across Ukraine and leading to country-wide blackouts and scheduled power outages.
Russian forces launched 236 attack weapons, targeting Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, particularly the energy sector, according to Commander of the Air Force Mykola Oleshchuk.

Six “Iskander-M”/KN-23 ballistic missiles
77 X-101 cruise missiles from Tu-95MS aircraft
28 “Kalibr” cruise missiles

According to calculations by Ekonomichna Pravda, a Ukrainian economic news outlet, the cost to Russia for this single assault is estimated at approximately $1.26 billion.

Ukraine now controls 1,294 square kilometers in Russia's Kursk region, where Russia has deployed 30,000 troops, according to General Syrskyi???

Can they? Retreat to sanctionland and outhouses? Better off surrendering.
Europe isn't going to give in. Ukraine is food, energy and steel. There is no losing.
So, if Europe won’t give in, & Russia can’t give in…? Then the only solution is Russia surrenders to Ukraine? Do you think that’s likely?

Unless any of them are F-16s it would be pointless to send them to Ukraine in quick fashion. It takes time to effectively train pilots to fly combat aircraft. It also slows training down when you're training on multiple aircraft types. Then there's the logistics of parts supply and maintenance/repair facilities (more training for the ground crews) added to the fact that Ukraine currently can't manufacture the parts and don't exactly have maintenance and repair facilities for US/Western aircraft.
