When Jack retires from the reigns of the NDP, I think Chow has a great chance of becoming NDP leader. Her record as a city councillor in Toronto is impressive and above average to say the least. Examples of her action include stopping the airport expansion in her ward and working with mayor Mel Lastman to make the city safer and cleaner. I think she would definitely turn NDP into a major force in the Canadian parliament.
