Hi, Reuters;
all your links don't work!! Only your Reuters one opens up a page.
What I don't understand is that this is something new, while I haven been chewing nonstick gum for years!!

you've been chewing gum that says it won't stick to your teeth, not gum that won't stick to pavement or shoes. It's only slightly different from typical gum, whereas this one has new polymers that are quite different.

I wouldn't go near it with a ten foot pole personally. I'll stick with my chios mastic thank you very much.
