Bush has no credibility -- not that he ever had any -- and is just trying to save face. He is hoping that Congressional Dems will order him out of Iraq so that he could put the blame for the loss on them.

I wish all of the Republican Senators and Representatives would walk to the White House, enter the oval office, pick up Bush by the chair, carry him to the post office and mail him to Texas. Then everyone can declare a win.
