No jail time for man with 17 DUIs

Some of you simply do not understand. If they put him in jail now it would violate
his constitutional rights. This man is a career criminal not just a criminal and if he
were put in jail it would infringe on his profession. He would also not make it to the
Book of Records.

This guy needs to be given a term in jail and a long term at that. I wonder how long
he will get by until he kills someone with his selfish actions.

How about if he be tied to a pole, such that nabbed DUI's are brought in and put into a car, and told they get off if they can hit him?

He has to hope they are truly drunk in order to have a chance of survival.

That forces his brain into a dilemma.

That could turn him into a very diligent traffic cop.
