Hi, Iv'e got a new phone with a number and contract from Rogers couple of days ago. My sim card is not active yet as well as the phone. It is no rush for me as I am still using my other phone but I wonder when Rogers start charging its clients, uppon activation or right after the purchase. Does anybody know? Thanks.
