Hello,
Well the title pretty much describes my post.
I am French citizen but I dont speak French but I do speak Spanish and English... I used to live on the south & moved to Spain when I was little, I like it here, more liberal thinking.

I plan to live and study at Canada, more precisely at Quebec because I want to learn French and I also have heard about benefits French citizens receive but I dont know to what extent. Does anybody know such benefits?

Since this new adventure will be all by my own I would also like suggestions as to what to expect being alone once I settle. How friendly are the people with foreigners. Ideal budget to survive while I settle, etc. Would the French embassy at Quebec help me as well in case I have difficulties?

I'm looking for information everywhere before I move on and I tough this forum was a good idea.

Thanks in advance and I will update anything new regarding this pot.
