Today we're bringing you two (2) completely different products..
Up first is Billy's Chili Oil made much in the traditional Chinese manner but with the addition of Lemon Grass & a touch of Fish Sauce which leads me to believe a Vietnamese made it although it's manufactured locally.
Not the most appetising looking gunk but very tasty and not greasy on the palate at all.
Second a classic among Caribbean style mustard based products Rick's of Guyana-rare as popeshit here in the cool cloudy Pacific northwest I stumbled across it completely by accident in a store I'll be spending a lot more time in.
