Not sure what a careware option is. I use Cute Tax. Works good - is cheap. Less filling, tastes great.

Careware is when its free (dontations are requested).

This applies to Studiotax (the first one on the list). 2nd on the list you can use for $6. Quicktax .. the last one on the list is $50.00 to use ($40.00 if before April 17).

To netfile. you fill your return out in the normal manner.. however using one of these software programs.. then you click.. netfile within the program. You need a code and such.. but the programs and the CRA site will explain this to you as you go along.
