The author was on Breakfast Television this morning. Celine Dion didn't make it in the book at all. I wonder who else is missing. Many of the artists are more American than Canadian now, anyway, in my humble opinion. I'm also very surprised at, again in my opinion, some of Canada's finest, who are missing from the top 20.
