NASA captures image of 'screaming' witch nebula

A nebula that looks like a witch's head is "brewing" baby stars, NASA says.
A new image shows the eerie green cloud of gas and dust, which was picked up by the agency's Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer (WISE).
"A witch appears to be screaming out into space," NASA says on its website.
"The Witch Head nebula is estimated to be hundreds of light-years away in the Orion constellation, just off the famous hunter's knee."
The clouds of the nebula are being lit up by massive stars and the dust is being hit with starlight, causing it to glow with infrared light, which was picked up by WISE's detectors, NASA said.
