Moving to Alberta next week

Hi,

I was driving across Canada next week and planned on settling in Alberta. Where would be a few good companies to apply for work for? I looking for a good chance of being hired with decent pay.

I am Electrician Apprentice, just graduated from Community College. But I will work at any job, not necessarily just as an Electrician.

You can get a 100 jobs before noon (even if you sleep in).

Be selective. Employment agencies will give you lots of offers. My advice would be steer towards the energy industry. A trade AND energy industry knowledge is the key to big wages and opportunities. You can work 24/7 for overtime almost anywhere but a per diem allowance in the oilpatch really inflates the money in the pocket.
