mortgage brokers???

This is a little off topic, but since this is the lounge, I suppose there really is no dominant topic. I have a question to throw out to anyone who might know the answer......What commision percentage of a loan does a mortgage broker or agent get paid? I have looked everywhere and i can not find the answer.

I think it doesn't matter because you don't pay it, the lender does! But I don't know.

Call one up and ask them.

that's a good question. We used one awhile back, but didn't buy the house in the end. I don't remember a commission coming up.
