The United States Supreme Court refused today to stop a federal prosecutor from reviewing the telephone records of two reporters for The New York Times. The records, the paper said, include information about many of the reporters’ confidential sources.

Those records should disclose who allegedly told Judith Miller that there were massive amounts of WMD in Iraq. You may recall that it was she, more than any other reporter in the USA, who supported Bush's invasion on the grounds that she had "proof" of Saddam's violations of the WMD ban.

Yes, it was the Al Qaeda Times that stood up for Bush's invasion of Iraq. Now, it is paying the price for its support of Bush!
