- But it is even more alarming that every single designated replacement thus far for Obama's second term cabinet is demonstrably even weaker than his or her predecessor.
- The classic case in point is the proposed new defence secretary Chuck Hagel who was eviscerated at yeasterday's senate confirmation hearings and clearly is way above his head in even dreaming of directing the largest and most powerful military organization in history. The 9 minute video below of a panel discussing the Hagel confirmation hearings provides all the evidence needed to discredit this buffoon and torpedo his confirmation, albeit in the end Obama will get the team of incompetent yes men he wants which is arguably the president's prerogative.
- Watching portions of the Hagel hearings and the panel discussion brought two images to my mind.

- The other was a comment that John Diefenbaker made about another incompetent, unqualified left wing ideologue leader (albeit more competent and qualified than Obama) who, like BO, spent his country into a crushing long term debt, Pierre Elliot Trudeau. Said The Chief, "The story going around that Trudeau wants all yes men in his cabinet is absolutely untrue. When the prime minister says no, he wants his cabinet meners to all say no too."
