On the surface Mr. Martin seems to be the best game in town!
Or, is he going roll over to Ralph and tell him that he can have private for profit health care too the trick being Quebec has it; every one who is interested can ask for it. And, probably get it. Is he going to open the Canada Health Act for change?
I would like to hear an absolutely clear statement from Mr. Martin covering this aspect of his statement.
