I predict a terrible year for tourism in Canada in general,especially in the areas of the country that depend on Americans vacationing here.Heightened border controls and the worsening US economy are the major reasons for this. Just as I feel sorry for those of us who depend on the vagaries of the weather for their earning a living,likewise to those in the tourism industry

An update to this: still not a cruise ship in sight, and I'm wondering why the need for a proposed 29 million dollar docking facility for cruise ships. Perhaps,the thinking is"if we build it,they will come"The South Seas Cargo Cultists had the same idea once.

walk 2 minutes up cowie hill Rd. right be4 the old folks home is a mark where a young kid by the name of Nickie Reilly was hit and run over by a car it was in 90 or 91. I can't remember, well anyways he was pronounced dead at the scene and woke up in a coma pretty fucked up ehh? They never found the driver who hit him. I wonder if he's still alive and how does he live w/ himself everyday u know who you are asshole. :x
