English football giants Manchester United have unveiled the plan for their new stadium.

With a capacity of 100,000, it will be the largest stadium in the UK - bigger than the 90,000 capacity Wembley - and the second-largest in Europe after Barcelona's Nou Camp, which is soon to have a capacity of 105,000.

Costing £2 billion, the stadium will replace the 74,000 capacity Old Trafford, which has been the club's home since 1910.

The club - which has won a record 20 English league titles and has won the European Cup three times - hopes to move into the new stadium for the 2030-31 season.

Manchester United, possibly the world's biggest football club, has 1 billion fans.
