A few people at another forum, including me, used this site to make an avatar. You can try to make it look a bit like you(in a general sort of way) as I did, or just go crazy.

Nah, you get a choice of about thirty different eyebrows, eyes, lips, noses, etc, and you pick the one you think you like. You have to mess around with it a while.
