Globalization, seems far away most times.

I wonder, new streets should get new names like Peru Avenue, Egypt Street or Osaka Lane. Instead Greater Vancouver has six Robson streets for example. Boring, cliche, and not risque.

Or clothes, small-medium-large-extra large, all vary by manufacturer. Why? Are all the bodies in the world so different? It must be too hard to put the distance around in inches and centimeters beside the size letter(s).

These are your problems? Wish they were all I had to worry about!

Gaspe Ave is okay, but we also have Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba etc streets in Vancouver. So Canadian, gets dull after a while. A name like 106th street may not be the height of creativity. There's not a lot of everyday global stuff out there, to my mind anyway.

When did the weather become "global" anyway?
