Less Than 30 Days For Toronto Elections
Registered for Mayor in the spring, got my word out in the summer few people know me in the fall.
More than forty mayors in the running, which is broken down into two groups, the big five that the media chases and the fringe that few people want to talk to.
Two weeks after registration I was staring at a good dozen and a half of emailed surveys of all kind of groups like poverty, bike, business, diversity and the list goes on.
Elections is big business so a lot of emails from printers for election signs and brochures.
Then there is the button people and the premium like key chains and more.
Nominations are closed and the mayoral candidates are turning up the heat and doing fancy footwork to get in front.
Platforms are put into place and abstract ideas to gain momentum like the tunnel from the north part of Toronto to the lake.
Time to get back on the campaign trail.
