Lapping the heatsink question

Hi .. i am thinking about lapping my heatsink and i am curious if anyone knows where in Toronto you can pick up the right sand papers for doing so ... I mean which stores would sell the right types ?? thanks

You can probably just get it from Canadian Tire or Home Depot. You would require 400 and 600 grade sandpapers to get the finish you're going for. Good idea, though. I've never done anything with this heatsink.

There's a Canadian Tire at Yonge & Church St. (right before it turns into Davenport) across from the CTV building if you're downtown.

Andem Hi ... From what i gather i need more then 400 and 600 grade , there is 1000 , 1500 and 2000 grade that is require , Also I read to do a nice job it would take about 2 hours to do ... Now i am curious if anyone knows where i can get these types of sand papers ???? I am going to try Wal-Mart but i doubted they will have it over there ... i added a link below showing how its done
