A fight or an election or something.

I honestly don't know what he's thinking. He's doing a number of things that don't make much sense. He's posturing for an election but that's the last thing he should be looking for right now. He's increasing spending on things that nobody was asking for at a time when he knows that'll drive up inflation which is something everyone's concerned about. He's spending a crap tonne of time doing electioneering stops and trying to boost his public ratings by reading stories to children and doing photo ops three years out from the supposed next election. I can't tell if something is going on in the background within the liberal party or if he's just stupid enough to think an election in the next 6 months is a good idea.

Maybe both? Doesn’t have to be an either/or situation.
Maybe - but both have issues. IF there's internal fighting usually we signs of it and you get individuals piping up. On the flipside if they're all on board with an election there would be other signs that the party is planning something (just like last time) and that's not really showing up either. But something's up.

Still a lot of Liberal MPs have not reached the six year gravy train .
And if there's one liberal mantra that's always been their creed is "do whatever you have to to stay in power." They don't go to the polls without a serious advantage or unless they absolutely have to.

I dunno - maybe they're just not able to deliver on the NDP deal and they're getting ready for when the ndp gets pissed about that.
