Justin Trudeau appoints cabinet secretary David Vigneault to lead CSIS
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced the new head of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.
David Vigneault, currently serving as the assistant secretary to the cabinet on matters of security and intelligence, will assume his new role on June 19.
He replaces current CSIS Director Michel Coulombe, who is retiring from the public service after a 36-year career.
The outgoing director was the eighth to lead the service, but was the first to assume the role from within CSIS.
Coulombe leaves his post at the end of May, with Jeffrey Yaworski, CSIS's deputy director of operations, filling the director role until Vigneault lands in his new position.
Vigneault has previously worked for CSIS. From 2006 to 2010 he held the position of assistant director before moving to the Canada Border Services Agency to serve as an associate vice-president of the programs branch.

The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board has suspended a teacher for allegedly speaking in support of terrorist groups at a recent rally.
Teacher Nadia Shoufani was allegedly at al-Quds Day in Toronto last month, voicing support for Hezbollah and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine — listed as terror organizations in Canada.
“Nadia Shoufani, an elementary teacher with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board at St. Catherine of Siena School, has been suspended with pay, pending further investigation by the board,” said school board spokesman Nancy Marshall.
“The concerns raised by the community and public at large regarding Nadia’s professional conduct, have been referred to the Ontario College of Teachers for investigation and review.”
The board wouldn’t say what subjects Shoufani taught or low long she has worked for the board.
Most recently she was teaching in the Cooksville area of Mississauga.
“It is heartening to see the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board do the right thing,” said Amanda Hohmann, national director of B’nai Brith Canada’s League for Human Rights.
(Oh sure-I say the Dufferin-Peel Board is doing the right thing-as far as it can-which is NOT FAR ENOUGH! A self professed terror supporter is NOT FIT to ever be near our kids. A self professed terror supporter is NOT FIT to be an immigrant to Canada and is UTTERLY unsuitable as a Cdn VOTER! Muslims are at WAR with the Christian west-and we let this one in to indoctrinate our kids and disseminate political poison and to VOTE in our elections? Bad enough she is a voter-it looks even worse when we realize she is a civil service Working Family HOG! One of those grossly entitled Pigs at the political trough that are bankrupting Canada with their endless ENTITLEMENTS! If LIE-berals had any honesty or integrity they would immediately admit that it was a GROSS error on their part to let in so many Muslims and they would APOLOGIZE to Cdns for abusing our security and safety for such SELFISH REASONS as the mere BUYING of ethnic votes for otherwise UNABLE to elected LIE-berals! Without the purchase of civil service Hog votes, LIE-berals would be THIRD in any election! And Hogs are getting restive as LIE-berals have NOT been handing out the gravy as Hogs demand. So LIE-berals turn to ethnic voters. But we wont ever get an apology for any of that greed or foolishness now will we!)

And frankly, if he wanted to send them some winter boots and some sleeping bags and some food and medicine as well I would have been fine with that too! But I draw the line at letting POISONOUSLY HOSTILE potential enemies have Cdn passports!)
(WE have already had terror attacks here in Canada and LIE-berals are unconcerned. I have to ask: HOW MUCH SPILLED BLOOD WOULD CONCERN THEM? And it has been well established that the Trudope family all believe Canadians are Imperialists so maybe Our Brainless Boy Trudope WANTS blood shed and sees such suffering and disorder as a means to an end-just like any other third world despot launching a coup. His father certainly supported radical political action as documented by his long time friends and chosen biographers-Max and Nadine Nemni. Pierre Trudope spoke and wrote often in his youth of his admiration of Communist and Nazi dictators and he wrote glowingly of the “genius of Chairman Mao” for MURDERING THIRTY MILLION CHINESE who Mao figured might impede his gathering up of political power! And Our Brainless Boy prime minister has spoken of his admiration for the Chinese Communist Party! And then there is that gag inducing homage written by Sacha Trudope to Cuban dictator Castro-that was published in Toronto Red Star newspaper and then mocked so relentlessly in National Post! And Sacha Trudope has forged links with and made propaganda films with Iranian television producers-all of them vetted and approved of by the Ayatollahs! There can be NO DOUBT that the Trudopes admire tyrants!)
(And in any case, what makes arrogant LIE-berals think they can keep Muslims blindly obedient to the wishes of LIE-beral Party in the long run? After all, it was LIE-beral prime minister Jean Chretien who ORDERED Cdn `peacekeepers` to stand aside when Serbian forces began massacring Bosnian Muslims in the early 1990`s! There is apparently NO loyalty among either thieves or LIE-berals or Muslims? Nor much common sense either! Politically and economically, who is really using who here in the Great White North?)
