Son of Sam talked to voices from imaginary dogs - he wasn't Muslim, either
White skin, black hair, sideburns reaching pretty low. I'm not sure he wasn't a Muslim.
But Muslims talk to dogs. It's one of the funny, voodoo things they learn at the madrasa. By extension, the Son of Sam killer must have been Muslim! Or he may have been Lutheran. This is undeniable proof that Lutherans talk to dogs. They could be in cahoots with the Muzzies!

We need to change the law. Before a person stands trial for a crime, he must first stand trial to determine his religion. Come to think of it, the conclusion of that trial would answer the question of his guilt or innocence of the crime too.
...and even before that, we need to know if the perp meant to commit a crime
if they just accidentally stole all the money by accident, there is no reason to charge them
