Britain was pagan, then was invaded by the Romans who brought Convert or Die Christianity (which still didn't keep the pagan's down). And though yes, Christianity did become prominent in Britain, it wasn't founded on Christianity.


BTW, do you believe being Catholic is being Christian? Or are only Protestants Christian?

Only the Church of England is Christian, my little strumpet.

No, it wasn't. The land that becamee the country of Britain was once pagan. England was formed in 927 when the Christian Anglo-Saxon kingdoms unified. Great Britain was formed in 1707 when the Kingdom of England (including Wales) unified with the Kingdom of Scotland. England and Great Britain have always been Christian nations, founded on Christian values.

Catholicism is, of course, Christianity but, as a Protestant, I believe that Catholicism is idolatrous.

That's why I'm a Protestant - I'm protesting against Catholicism.
