I miss CBC! When's it coming back?

Anybody have any news on what the chances are of the CBC coming back to life anytime soon? I am constantly missing my daily Canadian news updates on the Internet. Unfortunately, CTV is a day behind for me!

All anybody seems to really know is that the lock-out is still on. CBC management is insisting on calling it a "labour dispute" but it's really an attempt to bust the union by bringing a whack of freelancers. The CBC already uses about 30% freelancers (they call them contract employees), so they don't need any more.

They returned to talks a while ago, but haven't really gotten anywhere.

I never thought I'd say something like this, but I miss the CBC too!! The radio stations in my city suck, and i was really starting to like the CBC, plus, I was learning something!
