We've (the company I work for) has one numerous times. We're notified via fax and email.

We've also been approached to provide $6000.00/month in product to a company that was awarded a "supply" contract to a poor African country. Funny how poor countries need "specialized" products

My daughter got that. Karlin. She was soooo mad at me when I tried to explain to her that it was false advertising! she stayed mad until she got it again just after I'd gotten it. She's forgiven me now. Probably only because she's receive that announcement about a hundred times.

It's called the Nigerian Scam letter and comes in many forms. Some are lotteries, others are asking for help in transferring funds from their oppressed gov't. It's all the same - bogus crap. Unfortunately people fall for it otherwise it wouldn't still be going around.
