Los Angeles — Hunter Biden offered a surprise guilty plea in his tax evasion case on Thursday, capping a whirlwind day in court in Los Angeles, where jury selection in his trial was set to begin.

The president's son entered an open plea — an offer to plead guilty and allow a judge to sentence him — on Thursday afternoon, admitting guilt to all nine charges. His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 16. He faces up to 17 years in prison....

(Hunter) Biden was charged with failing to pay at least $1.4 million in federal taxes while living an "extravagant lifestyle."

In December, a federal grand jury charged the president's son with three felony tax offenses and six misdemeanor offenses, including failure to file and pay his taxes, tax evasion and filing a false return.

The indictment chronicled more than $7 million in income Hunter Biden made from his foreign business dealings from 2016 through 2019, and how the president's son spent nearly $5 million during that time period on "everything but his taxes." 2. Poster's Comment:

With reference to the Chinese Three-Character Classic (三字经) which says "养不教,父之过" (meaning "It's the father's fault just to bring up his child without teaching him properly to be a law-abiding citizen", the son's wrongdoings could shed some light on his father's messy presidency.

Can somebody be qualified to be a good ruler if he can't even teach his son properly?

For instance, instead of arresting a war criminal ("Just Guess You Know Who"), the disgraced White House incumbent invited the fellow to his country.

After "knighting" the US leader with the title of "proud Irish American Zionist", the war criminal was invited to address the US Congress and received a standing ovation from many other "proud US Zionists" after the speech.

Hence it is not surprising that the war criminal intensifies his Hitler-style genocidal campaign against the natives of Palestine in Gaza and the West Bank after his return from the US.
