So could it be made into a profitable industry? Most of the work would be on ice rather than liquid water. From spreading fish pellets over large areas that gradually are added to the water almost automatically via the natural weather. to the running of nets just under the ice. Instantly frozen for market which would be south on the NAFTA super-way, James Bay to central Mexico in 48Hrs
(cheap since those trucks would be empty otherwise)
What would be the best fish to plant and what grains could be turned into pellets for that specific species of fish? Could more than one species be planted?
Would you have to install windmills to filter air into the water or would natural currents bring enough oxygen in to the Bays?
Who would be the first ones to pay-off, Govt or Industry?
The Grand Banks could also be restocked but harder to police so it might be better to kelp it (if it will grow anything, should being as there should be lots of fish manure) Can kelp be made into thread and fabric?
If you had little tankers to refill larger trucks on the go on the superway. Those trucks should be able to pull more wagons, like 5 or 6 at a time, just don't try to back one up. The main advantage a shorter turnaround time and just idling those v24 diesels burn lots of fuel and they run better if held to a constant RPM.
