Can someone please help me over here in scotland we have a site called friends reunited does Canada have something similar as I am trying to trace my father Francis Shields and have been for 8yrs now and cant seem to find any where in canada that is helpful my dad will be 78 this year so i hope I havent ran out of time

hmm there is wayn, but a 78 year old won't be on it.

I would suggest a private investigator, if you care that much. It shoudln't cost any more than 50-150 pounds.

have you tried the phone book btw?

as long as the name isn't TOO common, just call 10 per day or something
