The vote with Emerson, the flag not to be lowered, the media restriction, the removal of the ethics commissioner sends Democracy to the Lions on Harpers political report card. The bleded tax is another monky reng in the mix. Oh the softwood Lumber deal with the Americans is nothing to be bragging about, only because anything can go wrong before ratification. I hope it goes through and the Americans pay the 4Billion dollars in unfair duties and taxes charged to Canada by our good American imperialistic machine. The Hypocrisy is, we hate the Imperialistic machine and yet we know that with out them it will be very difficult to fight against a sophisticated military force out to invade Canada. It gives me comfort knowing the big giant next door will protect the entire continent, it makes me sleep a little easier every nigh. The truth is now days nothing is for sure. Just live for today with good intention, and the power of good intention is magical.

What if the press colluded to never report a
suicide bomber, never report a terrorist attack ?

If perception is reality, I wonder how reality
would change ?

As I understand the situation, our flag will have to be forever at half mast then, or until the troops come home----because they will continue to be killed while over there. It's just the opposition making points with the voters and they don't give a damn one way or the other!

So what you and all the Conservatives want to do then is not to report the casualties, not to lower the flag because there will be many killed, making it known by lowering the flag will hurt the public opinion, and Harper may slide on the polls. Correct?
