Harper not a cowboy, why?

No other ex-PM could dress up like a cowboy, Chretien, Turner, Mulroney, Campbell, Clark (too funny), or Trudeau. Although the blockhead Stockwell Day I think could do it. A bad sign.
However when you have cowboys you could have Indians and Indians are boys from a country that is not and never was part of Europe. It is part of the country's cultural identity, because we're not in Europe.
The photo was not noticed by many because there was nothing to be alarmed about. Business by exception continues in a world where the exceptional will occur on a regular basis. Volatility is a fact. The end of Max Weber's predicable bureaucratic world is fading.

Putin of Russia dresses in a judo gi and the world loves it. Bush is called a cowboy but really isn't, being born in Connecticut and all. But he does have a Texan twang, which not all migrants to the state acquire.
