Okay, so now we can say it:
The charges brought against Bush accuse him of aiding, abetting, and counseling the commission of torture. These charges are based upon the abuses of the prisoners held at the U.S. prisons in Guantánamo and Abu-Ghraib, including Canadian minor Omar Khadr, who has been held in Cuba since 2001.

B.C. courts is where it is happening, boy is there a lot of fomenting over Bush's softwood and beef fiasco's here. Yikes, hostile lands for a Bush, Shrub, or Tree.

Breakthrough in Canadian case to charge Bush with torture crimes

"This past Monday, a BC Supreme Court overturned the ban on publishing everything to do with the case in Canada being brought against George W. Bush Jr. for the crime of violating the 19
87 U.N. Convention on Torture."

Okay, so I found TWO links saying this.
Maybe it is phoney. I would doubt the mass media will be too quick to pick up on it even if it IS true.

Bush could be charged, why not take Condi Rice into custody when she is here this week? Hey, what a great idea!!

She is guilty by association to the , or in that she knew and said nothing, or perpetrated the propaganda at least.

Next step? -
The next hearing in the case will take place on November 25th 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at the B.C. Supreme Court, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C., when government lawyers have said they will argue that the case is no longer moot because the Attorney General of Canada has not yet consented to the prosecution.
Toronto law professor Michael Mandel, co-chair of LAW, calls this argument bogus: "He's still guilty of torture, he's still on the loose and we still have our obligations under the UN Convention to bring torturers to justice."

Also, I know Tokyo courts for international law have allready brought up charges against Bush. They just can't get him to hear the charges or something [maybe Bush better not travel much].

Well I want to see how this one turns out. Maybe there won't be another word about it

To be fair, so we don't look too foolish if it is phoney, here is another side to it, what others are saying, the negative nellies:
